yummy chicken salad, chicken and 2 tbls mayo and onion and celery-1 cup and alittle more...about 14 pounds lost in so many days..doing good but need to eat protein 3xaday to kick weight loss...clothes fit better but still not happy at 191....concentrate and no cheating for this girl..Maui on the 19th..
191.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
