How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Your post has inspired me to keep trying. I started the Keto about two and a half weeks ago and I am only down 4 lbs. I am working so hard at keeping my carbs below 20g. I started the gym and have been doing a mile on the treadmill two sometimes three times a week. I am using stevia and coconut creamer for my coffee and coconut oil, ghee and olive oil for cooking. I also use almond flour in small amounts for some of the keto recipes out there. I feel wonderful but why is my weight loss so slow? Don't want to get frustrated.

Do I need to exercise everyday?
Hi there,
So just to introduce myself, I am a 48 yr old single mother of two teenagers. I am 4"11.5 (can't forget the half inchSmile) and weigh 176. I weighed 185 about two months ago. I wasn't always overweight. My whole life I was petite and never went above 120lbs until my divorce 12 years ago. I exercise at my gym 4x week. At this point I can only do the Fat Burner program on the treadmill for 25 minutes which brings my heartrate at 114 (that's what I am supposed to be at when exercising according to the program). I also try to do situps everyday. I can only do 20 at this point. Do I need to go to the gym everyday? Sometimes I am just too tired after work so I end up going every other day. Any thoughts? Your feedback is welcomed and appreciated.
