I've been struggling with weight issues all my life. i was called he fat one when compared to my sister. i had family nicknames and grew up insecure and knew nothing about nutrition. good thing that ive been able to get away with what i ate when i was younger because i literally was active all the time; love sports and playing. i Loved food too.
but when puberty hit, life became real and things happen where i stopped exercising, lived this sedative lifestyle, eating out, drinking, and packing on the pounds. i think it was about 10 pounds a year for 6 years! then the fad diets and yo-yo dieting began.
one year, three years ago, i decided to not let my weight control all aspect of my life and my weightloss journey began. i lost 20 pounds! and kept it off for a whole year. then gained it backat the end of the year. i decided to lose it again, promising myself i would never go back there and lost that same 20 pounds.
once again life and excuses, much heartbreak and the 20 pounds ad less exercise has left me here right. this whole year that 20 pounds has remained.
with lots of research, classes and thought, ive decided that i need to change the way i'm going to get healthy this time. and im gonna share the raw events, complications, successes and knowledge throught videos, aricles and blogs.
