I've been struggling with weight issues all my life. i was called he fat one when compared to my sister. i had family nicknames and grew up insecure and knew nothing about nutrition. good thing that ive been able to get away with what i ate when i was younger because i literally was active all the time; love sports and playing. i Loved food too.

but when puberty hit, life became real and things happen where i stopped exercising, lived this sedative lifestyle, eating out, drinking, and packing on the pounds. i think it was about 10 pounds a year for 6 years! then the fad diets and yo-yo dieting began.

one year, three years ago, i decided to not let my weight control all aspect of my life and my weightloss journey began. i lost 20 pounds! and kept it off for a whole year. then gained it backat the end of the year. i decided to lose it again, promising myself i would never go back there and lost that same 20 pounds.

once again life and excuses, much heartbreak and the 20 pounds ad less exercise has left me here right. this whole year that 20 pounds has remained.

with lots of research, classes and thought, ive decided that i need to change the way i'm going to get healthy this time. and im gonna share the raw events, complications, successes and knowledge throught videos, aricles and blogs.

ive lost 20 lbs before and im doing it again! this time im doing it for good, no more gaining wieght through the holidays. i posted a video on youtube and this is exactly the workout pln i do to achieve my goals! 20 lbs of fat is on the road to saying bye bye!

lose 20 pounds during the holiday: reay set go!
here we go my plan is:

focus on macros: 60/20/20
exercise ratio: 3:1
new hobbies fun days: golf, pole and hiking

no cheat days until christmas!

day before thanksgiving
active rest day today

rest up and lightly stimulate the muscles for a crazy workout tomorrow!

i was very proud of myself today because i baked and i haven't baked in a year.

i baked white choca-raisen cookies, lemon blueberry cheesecake and peanut butter brownies!! but i did refrain from licking the bowl and spatula! whew!!

tomorrow its game time. planning to workout hard and eat my heart out!!

in all honesty ill probably fast until the big dinner.. this is how im gonna survive

im gonna eat my regualar breakfast of carbs, protein fat, workout really hard i mean running uphill. total body (burpees, jump squats, hanging leg raises, spiderman pushups, reverse chin ups etc.

then to keep the hunger pangs away, snack on carrots and vegetables.. gonna need the fiber.. then when dinner comes around.. im pretty sure you know whats gonna happen!

ill be posting a video on youtube very early..guilt free thanksgiving.. yes please!
