My name is Eddie Jones and I live in Whitesburg, Ga. I was diagnosed last week with type 2 diabetes. I was right on the borderline so my Dr recommended try dieting and exercising for a month to see if my blood sugar will come down on its own. If not I will have to start taking medicine and I hate taking medicine. So I found this site and it is VERY helpful to keep track with what's going on with the diet side of things. Heck I needed to lose these extra pounds and buff back up anyhow, just gives me a good excuse.
