I am a 30 year old social worker whose metabolism caught up with me!! I can no longer eat anything (who would have though??). I am an avid gym rat and feel guilty on days I don't go. I hate cardio but love lifting weights. My biggest problem area is my waist and I know it is attributed to my diet.
I love music, movies, food, wine and traveling.
I'm hoping to stay committed to logging my food!!!
