I was a competitive bodybuilder for about 15 years but haven't competed since 2001. I've still trained hard all these years and kept myself in good shape and eating healthy. At this time I want to bump up my fat loss a bit to be a bit leaner without sacrificing hard earned muscle mass. I've decided to try the Keto diet approach to accomplish this. In the past I've always done low cal, low fat diets with pretty good results. I think I always lost a bit of muscle in the past, teetering on too little calories to maintain my mass. We'll see how this goes. I've decided to record my daily progress here and with the mobile app on my phone.
