Well another day with no weight loss... I am under my calorie intake and walking 1.5 miles... Man, I have to fall in love with water really fast.. Because this is getting very upsetting..... Well, on a good note it is Friday.... Have a great day everybody....
274.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
