took a free day yesterday, ate too much..but felt bad, so just reminded me that I need to continue healthy eating. Body rejected bad foods - had two pieces of pizza and breadsticks and felt horrible...it had been so long since that many carbs...beer did not help either but went to iowa state game tailgated.
Did not add weight like I thought i would:)

Feeling Great! Lots of energy. Look forward to Meal replacement chake in am. Having a Spark in afternoon gives me a boost...and does not remind me of my old Diet Pepsi candy bar or donut routine. So Really feel like past some craving issues I have had in the past. Suppplements are 'filling' the holes in my diet and cravings are gone.

Just trying to see how this works, I have been tracking my food log on my phone seems to help. I have a buddy to help keep me accountable. I have lost 10lbs in 8 days doing the 24 Day Challenge through Advocare. www.pridebuildschampions.com
