Feeling Great! Lots of energy. Look forward to Meal replacement chake in am. Having a Spark in afternoon gives me a boost...and does not remind me of my old Diet Pepsi candy bar or donut routine. So Really feel like past some craving issues I have had in the past. Suppplements are 'filling' the holes in my diet and cravings are gone.
