still following the ketonic plan hf and lc Not much exercise, but lost 2" on belly, .5 in on waist and 2" off my back fat (chest). This is in 3 weeks.

Since July 29 have got myself into ketosis and lost 5 pounds, very happy with the results and the lack of cravings and hunger.

One week on a ketonic meal plan, no cravings, not hungry and have extra energy. My arthritis in my knees is very painful so limited walking and still losing weight. Preparing to start the 10 day ketopia reset program drinking more water, eliminating carbs and sugar. Plan to lose 10 pounds in 10 days. Great evidence from others results. Just waiting for my products that put me into ketosis then my journey begins.
