Got my numbers from the Doctor today and they are good and my trig are finally in line at 177 with the goal of 200 or less.
The hi protein low carb does work for me.

Really have let it go and talked myself into eating what tastes good. Ordered a exercise machine so I can begin walking in my house. East Texas where I live has had alot of rain and the conditions do not lend to getting outside and walking.
Doctor says to go to 18 carb per day diet.
For a non cooking male without a wife to cook for me that seems like a mountain I, at age 77, need to climb but do not have the youthful energy to begin the journey.
In my reading I read that good counselors can tell whether or not a marriage will fail by listening to how the couple fights.
Somehow I realize it is not good for me to be alone yet I know my faults and I do not think it is fair to bring another person into the issue to watch the struggle even though I know that having a wife will help me to avoid my issue with porn.
For me it is not a money issue because I do not spend money on the sin as it is out there for free so that Satan can tempt people like me with it.
So I am going to start to change my habits and work to keep my focus on God and His Word.
I know that porn hurts me and the people around me and I know I am in over my head in spite of a healthy desire for a Christ centered life.
Probably have said too much.
