spoke with my sister today and we are going to work on this together, she is in Las Vegas and I am in Gilmer, Texas
How do you get into meal planning section?

Here we are in Feb already and I see I need to stop eating at Bubba's in Gilmer as it is too expensive to try to eat healthy in that store. Need to determine carb level in foods I want to eat before I prepare them.
