Today is my 7th day and it's right around the time where I usually start to eat poorly again. I brought my lunch today and I am already wanting to dig into my lunch, it's only 830am....ugh! I need to stay disciplined. Will I ever feel satisfied?? Time to focus on work and drink lots of water!

Ok, made it through the weekend!! Only a couple of hairy situations but I stayed committed and disciplined. Brought my lunch today -- good healthy stuff. My goal this week is to eat less card and MORE LEAN PROTEIN and most importantly, continue to incorporate healthy habits that are lasting!
I am part of a biggest loser challenge at work so after my weigh in today, I will update my weight in FS.

Ok Day 3, still feeling motivated. Thanks to all of the kind words thus far. They have for sure helped. Today, lots of water, some exercise and DISCIPLINE with my diet!! Please send buddy request if you are looking for motivation and support too!! HAPPY FRIDAY TO ALL!

Day 2....drum roll please!!! I did well today and I even went to a meeting where there was free food and I exercised self restraint. That is what I need to do EXERCISE SELF RESTRAINT!! I will walk the dogs tonight and feel good about myself!

Started today...wanting to stay consistent and lose 3lbs a week. I pray that I can stay motivated and disciplined.
