Today is my 7th day and it's right around the time where I usually start to eat poorly again. I brought my lunch today and I am already wanting to dig into my lunch, it's only 830am....ugh! I need to stay disciplined. Will I ever feel satisfied?? Time to focus on work and drink lots of water!
