Ok, made it through the weekend!! Only a couple of hairy situations but I stayed committed and disciplined. Brought my lunch today -- good healthy stuff. My goal this week is to eat less card and MORE LEAN PROTEIN and most importantly, continue to incorporate healthy habits that are lasting!
I am part of a biggest loser challenge at work so after my weigh in today, I will update my weight in FS.
