what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I can understand what you are going through. My mind thinks I'm still in my 40's, but my body tells me otherwise..lol
I am 67 yrs. young with my 4th back surgery performed the day after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately the Doctor had to abort the surgery when he realized my back did not fuse completely after my 3rd
surgery this past February. I did have a knee replacement in 2009 and feel great. It was the best thing I could have done. It's tough in the beginning but you will be so much happier down the road. Best of Luck!
I am also 5' 3 1/2..
