feeling blah!
work has me stressed and i have my boot camp class right after work and i'm feeling beat today by the monday blues. hopefully i have enough energy to pull through boot camp and a 3 mile run. ohhhhhh

how do you know the starting of your new day for consuming new calories?
you should get yourself on a set schedule so your body's metabolism is going all day. i think it would be harder to lose weight if your waking up late and taking naps in between. i did that 2 summers ago when i didn't work and it was tough. my trainor advised me to wake up earlier to make sure i'm eating bfast and get the day started in the morning and rest all night.
