I am very put out with myself. I am weighing 160. Have really put on the weight, don't know what to do feel depressed and I eat. Not eating the right kinds of food need to rxercise more often.

I am kinda over the shock of my sister-n-law passing this week, only 41 years old. Obesity and a real heavy smoker. Had C O P D and other things caused by smoking and obesity, really sad for such a young person to let themselves not care enough about themselves and hurt themselves and the loved ones around them. I went on a slight binge not too bad but I put on weight and don't want to get up and weigh myself. I went back up to 154 on sunday. Not good.

My sister-n-law passed away today at the age of 41. She was in the hospital 3 months ago and the doctors told her to quit smoking and start eating healthy. Exercise. She did for about 1 week and went back to the same stuff again. She was way over weight. My brother woke up this morning and found her dead. She left behind a set of twins 18 years old and a 24 year old son. It's really sad. This is why I need to loose weight and keep healthy.

Its friday and I am trying to get geared up to go for my walk befor i have to get ready for work. Its not so bad in threw the week, just trying to fit it in so early in the morning but I am going to try, it makes me feel better when I do it, just gettin off my lazy duff this early to go. Still at 151 this morning, really happy at that.

My weight is finally going down, I have started walking briskly every morning for about a half hour after kids go to school I want to up the time. I am very happy with this life change.
