My weight crept back up in Nov and Dec to 232. I really felt defeated. Then on Jan.17 i found myplate and started using the super tracker feature on the site,and i am down to 216 this morning. Wow, i really think i can do this now. Sixteen lbs in one month, i'll take it. The super tracker monitors not only what you eat but breaks it down on a graph that shows dairy, grains, vegetables, fruit, and protein. Then you can do a nutritional analysis to see if you met your nutritional goals as well. The first thing i learned was i was way low in potassium, calcium, vitamin D, and Vitamin E. I started a supplement of each and am working to increase my dietary intake also. The weight is falling off now and i feel great! I still have 81 lbs to go but i'm ready to slay this ugly dragon. Onward and downward.
