Good morning everyone! The sun is shining brightly and a beautiful day. It is just a tease before we get the 30 cm. of snow forecast for tomorrow afternoon. But ... the sun has me motivated and have my water beside me. As my journal said I was not good yesterday but on track again. Still have company here but will eat small portions of supper tonight and lunch is just a snack of cheese and celery, etc, maybe some coleslaw.My pants are definitely baggy - oh feels so good.

I ate too much of all the things I should not have for supper. It was so delicious and will need to be very much on track for the rest of the weekend so I don't regain what I lost this week.

Fit in my old jeans!!!!!!! Now that is motivation. A bit snug in the waist but by this time next week ... I am on my way to 170!

Well I am not hungry and really trying to decide what I can eat. Bought more veggies, salmon (No, it won't be fried this time!), and low carb jello. Sure am missing my fruit but hopefully I can handle it for the two weeks while on this Atkins diet.I have been reading the book and perhaps with my prediabetes it might be good for me to stick with it for awhile.Seems to be a lot of diabetes related material in there.
