It pays to read labels! Decided to record the candy I ate in my food journal thinking since it was sugar free would not have a great lot of carbs. But 1 candy has 6 grams of carbs and for two weeks I am trying to limit my carbs to 20 g a day. Pretty much says it all.

Exercise bike is now put together and I am going to start out with 5 Km a day as right now just 1 got me winded.

Eating out - oh I did so good!!! I devoured all the items that were deep fried with my mind only and then ordered a low carb meal, which was delicious. I told the waitress she best leave with my order before I changed my mind. Even passed up the dessert menu with the cheesecake calling out to me!

I did not do well this weekend but on the plus side I bought an exercise machine today. One of those bike type ones. Now I just have to get the thing together and start pedaling!!!!! Back on my diet plan tomorrow. I figure 5 days on and 2 days off is not the end of the world and just maybe I can go the whole week this time without giving into temptation.
