It is 6 carb servings a day and 15 sugars per day. You have to be very careful of hidden sugars. Hoping with less sugar in diet, I will loose the belly fat sooner.

I just started the Belly Fat Cure diet which for me needs to be a life change. It has been 5 days and my husband already lost 5. We are doing the same thing and I can't believe it is so hard for women to loose. What is up with that. I'm going to keep on going no matter what. Like someone else said, I have made up my mind too!
