I haven't been recording my food, but I have been keeping track. It's been a pretty mediocore week. I have been working a lot of 12 hour days and I have been so tired! I meant to start the new workout routine that Allicat gave me on Monday, but I have been too tired. I need to get out of this rut!

Bad day yesterday. I have been working 12 hour days for the last two weeks and I have been so tired I haven't really worked out much. Plus my eating habits have gotten sloppy a little too over the past couple of days because I have been craving carbs a lot. Ate a bunch of french fries yesterday and feel so gross now. O'well, just have to get back on track again.

Feeling pretty good over all, my weight seems to finally be dropping on a consistent basis. There were a few weeks with little to no progress and I was frustrated. I am a little sad because today was my last personal training session and I am really going to miss the amazing workouts and the accountability. I really wish I could continue, but at $85 an hour I just can't justify it anymore. Especially since I have only lost about 9lbs over the last 11 weeks since I have been going twice a week (which isn't bad but seems low for that amount of money). I think I can do at least that well on my own (weight wise)although maybe not strengh wise. I loose most of the weight I think from cardio and I can do that on my own, but the training sessions were a lot strengthening and core stuff, I am going to miss it.
