I am pretty new to this site...but agree with Sunshine Girl..I only add exercise when I do "purposeful" exercise...like a run, or a class or weight lifting..but if you don't "add an entry"...the daily total doesn't show anything for exercise (the resting and sleeping)...I don't really pay attention to this total...since I get about 5 days of exercise in a week..it is the food and calories I need the most help with...

but would be nice to see a somewhat accurate total for the day...

How do I enter non-packaged/brand/restaurant foods?
I am pretty new to this site. I think counting calories is keeping me very honest about my portions.

However, I am confused. How do I enter foods that aren't branded ? For example, I made a baked ziti and summer veggies recipe from cooking light. I can't figure out how to just enter the nutrition information.

Help is appreciated.
