I have decided that I need to figure out what it is I'm doing wrong in my diet on a normal basis. As of today I feel I have a cycle of fasting and binging. I know that I end up falling off the diet wagon when I feel the need to binge. I shame myself for it, and next thing you know I'm ignoring my weight completely. I find solace for a while because I maintain the weight and nothing happens, until I'm completely back to my old ways. Then out of nowhere the pounds creep up and start justifying myself. I'm not yet ready to go back to dieting, because next time I try, I am making it til the end. Go big or go home lol. I'm not making that commitment quite yet, but what I am going to do is mark down all my eating habbits for a whole month. I need to know what im doing to myself, no matter how ashamed i am of my eating habbits forha

had a party yesterday, with all sorts of good stuff but I skipped cake, ate a bite of sandwich but then just ate the meat, a tiny tiny handfull of chips, and filled my plate with veggie tray and went for seconds on the veggies. had a sponge cake a few hours later but it wasn't really angel foodbut that's the closest thing, it was much thinner, closer to a tart in thickness. I really messed up at dinner though because it was so late, around 9:30. I have to stop doing that. I tried to eat light on it, about half as much as I wrote down I actually ate, however even a sliver of the Mexican casserole made me regret eating it Because it is super filling. I just wanted a but more fiber because I have digestion issues and I hardly ate any fiber besides the veggies. I think I could have done with just the salad I ate with it. so despite my best efforts I gained. I have to keep pushing though.
