So far things are going well recording what I ate, but I need to start recording his I feel when I eat these things...so here goes.
10th: this is before I decided to start marking everything. I was just curious what my calories came to.) That day I remember feeling snacky. Unwrittenly I couldn't keep my hands off cheese nips and club crackers. This is odd to me because I'm not a huge fan of this type of food.

11th- This day was interesting. It was the day I made a commitment to finding my true eating habits. I noticed a few key differences though than what I typically eat. Firstly, I don't usually drink so much sofa. Don't get me wrong, I love my soda and its a huge issue with me, but I don't typically buy it for my house unless its a random 2 liter, but I do know that when it is in my house, I do drink a lot of it. I gained a lot of weight this month because I found 2 sales in soda so I took advantage and bought it. 4 12 packs and 2 24 packs. I need to get the soda under control now. Also a recent change is the amount of snack food in my house ...again similar story :/ darn sales...and finally I've been working harder on eating breakfast and lunch. I still have trouble with breakfast but now i usually eat lunch. This is usually atound 3 pm.
This particular day was interesting. I tried yo be good and cook at home but the power went out in the middle of me cooking so we had to go out to eat. The lady was nice yet she tempted me with half of a free egg roll. I tried to be good lol. harder at eating

Yesterday- I wasn't particularly interested in food yesterday. I woke up really full, but I have a problem with Asian food...it calls my name. And my husband was eating his leftovers so I ate mine...til it was gone. I was more stuffed an hour later though as what typically happens to me. I wasn't really hungry again til dinnertime. We finally ate around 8 (lunch was at 1pm). I made tostadas. I am always amazed at how much food I can actually eat while being "full" and still not be "stuffed". It makes me wonder what I would eat if I could actually feel hungry. It messes with me so badly, I just want to feel normal. If I knew how to feel my hunger id kknow when to my body had enough. I wouldn't overeat and underway. Anyway, luckily there was no snacking going on :)
