ok so i fell off-------- so today i decide , falling off is not an option!!!! Now today is a brand new day , I am a strong woman , and can do this. My new goal is to lose 15 lbs by my birthday Aug. 27 , as a present to myself.
So to start this right it is July 5 th . I am at 186.4 lbs . I have only had 2 cups of coffee and it is 10.22 am. I also took a bronc aid - caffeine pill-- bsby asprin combo to help with appetite. I know this might be wrong to do but , it sure helps - I take it every other day to keep my body from getting use to it and I plan on doing my best on the off days to choose only low carb. I just got me a super dog 2 days ago and we are gonna walk at least 1/2 hr per day. so now I have to get my mind set in a positive mode. which i think it is.
My weaknesses are when i get on the scale and see that i have lost a few pounds i get lax and then of course it comes right back on. so now I know I must stay strong and more determined after i get on scale. Im thinking about trying to only get on scale 1 time a week at same time , naked -yikes!
I dont have friends on here yet so this is also a goal-- to get as many friends on board as i can. so please join me on my road to thin.
