man , fell off--- i have to cook for my dad and sometimes it is so hard to resist the things i fix for him-----pizza today------back to it tomarrow--strickly.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I used to struggle with the same thing cooking for my bf. What I did is munched on carrot sticks or something healthy while cooking then made my self the "same thing". For example...he got pizza...I got lowfat mozzarella, with turkey and a smidge of sauce on a whole wheat muffin. I felt like I was eating it too!

I refuse to make two separate meals. When I cook dinner, the kids and my husband all eat it. If I am going to be healthy, then they are going to be healthy too! My husband does sometime take the kids out for fast food on the weekends, and I opt out of those excursions. I cannot say that everything I have whipped up has been a hit, but over the months I have been working to turn my eating around, I have hit upon quite a few recipes that have been popular with them. Good luck!
