Good workout this a.m., followed by weigh in and breakfast. Adjusting calories up due to working out 6 days a week. Trying to stay under 1800 kcals eating 5 meals a day. I started this wearing 42" pants, this morning I am wearing 38" pants! Feeling really good about everything. 12 more days until Hawaii vacation. So cant wait!

Had a great workout this morning with bowflex. I am really feeling strong. Diet is getting fined tuned, just started taking supplements. Seeing a difference in mirror and in clothes! I am finding it hard to eat 1500 calories, I am not hungry during day. I am drinking a min of 1.5 gallons of ice water. It has been 19 days with no alcohol, 21 days is a habit!
