Good workout this a.m., followed by weigh in and breakfast. Adjusting calories up due to working out 6 days a week. Trying to stay under 1800 kcals eating 5 meals a day. I started this wearing 42" pants, this morning I am wearing 38" pants! Feeling really good about everything. 12 more days until Hawaii vacation. So cant wait!
