I am 39 years old (really close to 40) married with 1 son. I never had a problem with weight prior to having my son, but I can't call it "baby fat" anymore; he's now 12! I am very muscular as I danced all my life. (No, not on a pole. lol) I had my own dance studio before I got married teaching tap, jazz, ballet, etc. It's my true passion, although I don't do it anymore. But, after being married for 14 years and having my son, something happened to that toned body I used to have. I just want to get back to where I used to be (I know that muscle is still there - it's just hiding) and have a healthy life!
