I am 23 years old, 5'7", and currently weigh 205lbs. I recently found out I need to lose weight so I can fit into my mother's wedding dress for my own wedding in August of 2013! I need to lose 1-2 dress sizes in a little over a year.
I am a vegetarian and I belong to a gym. I work out several times a week, with at least 30 minutes of cardio and I have recently added crunches to my routine.
Any advice that anyone could give me would be very much appreciated!
