Still holding at 175 lbs. I am still trying to beat this winter funk. I got used to eating what I wanted over the holiday and the weight I gained has pulled me down. I want to lose the weight, sadly the motivation to watch what I eat and record it all has went kaput. Today I am going to push myself to get my walking done and to watch what I eat. Ready for that sunshine! The gloom of winter affects my depression so badly and I know that is a huge set back as well. Please forgive me if I've repeated myself in my recent journal entries :( I'm just trying to confess my weakness so I can face it and move on! Hugs to all my buddies and those I don't know who are struggling or succeeding in this battle :) Have a wonderful day!

I am a bit disappointed in myself. I've gained again and it was from holiday eating without exercising. I haven't been very motivated. I need to get that drive to lose the weight back. I know it can be done because I've already lost so much of the weight. I just need to find my groove again and get things back in order. I've started counting calories here again because I didn't do so well trying to count them on my own. I hope everyone else is doing good. A late Happy New Years to everyone :)

I haven't been walking like I should nor have I been doing my workouts. I was in a car accident and am finally better so I am hoping to resume my regular routine and get these pounds off :) Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!

Summer is all but over and my favorite time of year is finally upon us! I am looking forward to hooded sweatshirts and hot cider. It is going to be such a wonderful time to be able to get out and walk in the woods as the leaves are now changing and falling from the trees. I admit I've missed the smells and sights! I hope everyone is doing well and keeping strong with their goals!
