I am a bit disappointed in myself. I've gained again and it was from holiday eating without exercising. I haven't been very motivated. I need to get that drive to lose the weight back. I know it can be done because I've already lost so much of the weight. I just need to find my groove again and get things back in order. I've started counting calories here again because I didn't do so well trying to count them on my own. I hope everyone else is doing good. A late Happy New Years to everyone :)
