Calling All Atkins Induction Folks...
This is my 9th day on Atkins induction... So far I've lost 12lbs. I have about 50lbs to go, so will stay on induction for several months I'm sure.. I do strength train 3 days a week religiously, but can't get motivated to add a lot of cardio just yet. That'll come soon.
Cravings have went away for most things that I can't have..
