Hello everyone. I've been coming to fatsecret for almost two weeks and have not entered my bio, so I figured I would do so now.
I am 36 years old. I have three kids. Taylor, my daughter is 15 and swears she knows everything about life, and my two sons Brandt and Carter are 11 and 8. They are my life. My boyfriend is Matthew. He is a great guy. I have a wonderful life in a small town in Ohio.
I have been overweight since I can remember. I've been 214lbs, and all the way down to 144 just recently. But I worked out 3 times a day seven days a week to get there. After about a year of that, I just couldn't keep it up anymore, and my weight started to climb again. I have lost a little weight since I started entering my food in the calendar, but haven't really committed to the exercise thing yet. I do walk some, but need to work a little more on that. I think I will definitely be back to 144 by christmas. I quit eating junk all evening, and low and behold, that works.
So, here goes, and I hope to stick with it so that I can breathe in my size 11's, and maybe, just maybe, I'll be forced to go to a size 9.
