Guidelines:
We are going to work in teams to see if the cardio kings or queens can complete the most cardio after a month. You must complete at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days aweek but are encouraged to push yourself even farther. You can do it! Who will win? EVERYONE! Cardiovascular excercise is a great way to burn fat and calories.

Guidelines:
As you are incorporating more cardiovascular excercise into your workout regime it is important to stay hydrated. Try to drink eight glasses of water daily. Record each glass in your food journal.
