Friday, feeling good! I know this will be a long haul but I just gotta keep thinking about the goal - passing the Emerson Carnival Grounds, Disneyland, weddings, florida, maybe jamaica and hawaii now! To go where I haven't gone before, to weigh less than I left high school as...It is possible. It is possible!

First 5 days was water weight - now comes the norm, calories out, pounds down slowly...

So 5 days of dieting and 5 days of swimming - first week always lose the most - 5 lbs from water weight and p and now at tail end of it, so not too accurate, but hey, 5 is good with me! 27 to go!

Day 4 of finally getting slim. Now that Lili is my accountability buddy I'm feeling good, now that I know I'll have to account to her about my eating habits I can't go binging all the time. Man i eat a lot. I'm 182. I'm goading 20 lbs in 13 weeks, so 1.54 lbs a week till just before Christmas. Maybe I can lose more but I should have a realistic goal about it, not thinking I'll be done because it didn't all just come on in a day! I've been doing just over 1300 calories a day for 4 days now - accumulating 900-1000 calories a day deficit about, so that's on track if I do that weekly for about 2 lbs a week, 7000 calories for 2 lbs, 1000 calories a day. This will be the time. Looking at myself in pictures from Tahoe, from Yosemite, from the foam/mud run. I hate the fat between my legs that doesn't let me wear short shorts or dresses a lot anymore. i want to be back to wearing my shorter shorts, and not worrying about what I'm wearing, or feeling so heavy and ugly. I know all that won't stop with weight loss, but it will sure help!
