Im a mother of 4 who is feed up with being over weight
I have no time for myself really bc its always go go go at our house to someones sporting event, practice or whatever these kiddos have going on.
I work full time and by the time I do get home after work and errands are run, laundry is done and dinner is served, well then its time to clean up and get the kiddos ready for bed. So when am I suppose to exercise? How do I even have the energy to push myself to that place when I am so tired?
