Today I believe is my 6th day on the fat flush plan. I am doing pretty well. I messed up on the 3rd day and ate at a japanese place and had a japanese pizza. Oh and I went out and drank last night. But I usually have Jameson on the rocks or a vodka soda so hopefully I did not do too bad, at least with the sugar.

First few days seemed to fly by, which is wierd because usually they seem to drag on. I make myself have breakfast, vitamins, I take my lunch to work, I eat apples or peaches as snacks, I make sure I have my cranberry water. I am trying to follow the rules.

Eggs are my savior. If im hungry I'll have some vegetables and eggs. Having all my vegetables and meats ready to go all chopped up and nice help alot. And the El Pato hot sauce.

I have more energy, I am a little more motivated and I have not had heart burn or wierd stomach pains since I have started the diet.

I am doing pill flaxseed this time because I don't know if I can stomach adding it to my food this time around.

I tried starting this diet again so many times. I just want to finally be free from food slavery!

I'm starting again. I can see my unhealthy diet on my face, on my inner thighs, my breasts and my stomach. So here I am with the fat flush plan...again. I tried being vegan for a month, but all the soy substitutes made me really gassy and bloated. I can see every once in a while eating those products, but not daily. I proabably wasn't eating enough vegetables. Fat Flush on the other hand I think is the perfect plan for me. So like I said here I go...again. I think the most important thing with this plan is to follow to the other two phases once the two weeks is over. Although after the first phases i am doing the one day detox diet. It is by the same lady (Ann Louise Gittleman) who wrote the Fat Flush Plan.

I am in my fat pants right now...grrr.

So for breakfast I had eggs cooked with bokchoy, bell pepper, green onions, crimini mushrooms, garlic and a little bit of vegetable broth. I topped it off with El Pato hot sauce because it doesnt have any nutritional value except for 11mg sodium for each serving.

I did my morning cranberry with Knudsen's Just Cranberry(which tastes better than Trader Joe's cranberry, it just seems fresh)with psyllium.

I am about to do my vitamins right after I get off of the computer.
Then I am going shopping.

For lunch I had mixed veggie stir fry with turky cutlets. It was pretty good. I drank alot of cranberry water and had a peach.
