I lost about 40 lbs. about a year ago, but since then I have gained 20 back. I lost the weight using the Fat Flush Plan, which didn't seem to difficult at the time. I have started it a few times since then and it seems like more of a challenge. I have a weakness for savory and salty foods. I love Japanese and Korean food the most. I would like to be at 150 lbs or wear at least a size 10.
