still at 117.2!! Yeah!! It looks like it is a real loss!! Boy, it is really totally that you have to eat LESS & be accountable for every nibble to lose!!! I will try to continue with it!! I am also training to be a ZUMBA instructor. ( It's aerobic exercise) so hopefully that helps too!! Hugs!!

well, i am still at 118, but it is not up, so i will not be too dissapointed. i do know that if i want to lose any more, i need to eat less, i have been sneaking bites throughout each day trying to ignore them. that does not work. i realize i do it more when i am chatting on the phone( i know, how rude!!)
