:( I knew I wasn't doing well, but I didn't think it was this bad! It goes to show, those weekly dates with the scale sure do help keep ya in check :( Back at it.

ugh, winter....well, I have just weighed in after a month, I was too scared to get on the scale!! I have just started Corepower yoga. it is such a wonderful experience! I hope it will keep me in shape along with running/walking. Hugs to all!!

I need a week to get back on track! I am not going to weigh myself until NYD I need to get back in the saddle!!! BUT, it was worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope everybody had a Merry Christmas!
