Still waiting on my Atkins book...in the meantime, the scale is not going up, so that is a plus. The weather here in MN is going to be temporarily nice for the next couple of days-GREAT!! So I will take a couple long brisk walks-yeah.
Also, my prayers are with the people of Virgina involved in the tornadoes.

I just might have to try this Atkins after all! All you buddies out there really seem to be dropping the lbs!! I sure need something, I cannot believe I am having this hard of time dropping the last bit of weight. I will say it has affected my life, I feel sluggish & crabby alot! Should I get the book? Or could I just do it on my own following some basic guidlines? I'd rather not buy yet another diet book, since it looks like I have the weight loss library in my home already. If anyone has a minute to give me some quick guidlines, I'd really be greatful- Thanks & have a great day everybody!!

Still holding at 119.6, oh, well at least it isn't going up. It is finally going to warm up here in Minnesota, so I will be out walking this week. Best of luck to everyone this week!!
