Having trouble picking a diet?
If you are having trouble with the long-term part of your diet. Vegan is the longest-lasting diet of them all. It is extremely tough though, and can be dangerous if you don't do it correctly. That's why I am vegetarian. It is extremely easy. There are tons of soy,tofu,etc. products that i replace for meat. Most of them have half the fat and cholestoral but taste exactly the same. If you can't be a full time vegetarian, or vegan, pick a day out of the week to try it. Then you can go from there and decide if it's right for you or not.
