weight gain due to pigery.
Wink aaaarrrggg my heavens. 8.7kg in 26 days gainned since last weigh in.
only i could manage to do this.
since the quake struck i have done nothing and i mean nothing but eat like a mad woman. go to work and eat, come home and eat. drive in the car and eat.
BUT, BUT, BUT. all is NOT LOST.
actually done 45 minutes of exercise yesterday 1st time since 5 october. weighted myself today 1st time since 5 october. execising today gonna try and refocus my mind with foods.
this food thing aint gonna bet me. i can do this, im gonna do this.
woop, woop, here i go again. dropping kilos my favourite sport !!!

Wanna train to run a 5k--help
never done this.

but like you i can run upto 5 minutes. so what i do is 12 x 5 minute intervals which brings me an hour of movement.

don t know if this would be good enough for what you are planning to achieve.

hot or cold breakfast ?
what do you prefer ?

i myself always have porridge, weetbix or toast.

am thinking of trying bacon & eggs to see if this keeps me fuller longer. Very Happy

obsessed with food.
ok, at the moment im on 23 POINTS (NZ) weightwatchers.

im eating all points of food allocated. so by there system im getting enough food per day. also WATER per day is 3x 750ml =2.25L so food and water set per day.

exercise is 1 hour x 5 days. includes cardio and resistance. im around 5.4ft and weigh in at 104 kg at the moment.

maybe its just me being greedy ??

anyway so far today i have had weetbix with warm milk, a banana. that was at 9am(nz)

next is lunch at 12 noon which is 6 inch chicken subway.

snacks are fruit and 2 bits of cheese weighting 10g.

dinner i don t know yet, lol.

obsessed with food.
i feel im obsessed with food. that there is never a day where im not constantly thinking if what next i have to eat.
i think of food every waking hour. even when exercising my mind wanders off to my next meal/snack.
i try and keep my mind free from thinking of my meals , but the more i try the worse my minds keeps reflecting over it.
i keep a journal for what i eat over the day. each time i read it, i suddenly want more of what i read.
i feel im alone on this food obsession. as i have never heard of anybody else being like this.
im just a plain gutts . but this is really taking over my life.
i came to realise i was obsessed when i started writing down foods eaten and feelings thru out the day.
i get really bad when i sit around doing nothing. so now if food comes into my mind i get up and jog around for 5 minutes.
i feel like im actually crazy ! i eat every 2 hours each day to try and bet this obsession.

is there anybody else out there who is thinking constantly of food or am i really alone on this ??Crying or Very sad Neutral
