Ketosis question
Just an update. Dropped 2lbs since last sunday. Yay! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction guys. Also, I found that pork rinds crushed up in a blender (ninja) make an awesome breading!!!! Just made fried shrimp that are so yummy.

Ketosis question
Thanks guys. Tresmemphis pointed me in the right direction with the ratio of my protein to fat and # of calories. I went on some websites http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/

and they helped me see what I was doing wrrong. Way too many calories eaten with high protein and not enough fat. I've figured out the right numbers now. I'm actually supposed to eat 1183 caloris. 1700 was to stay where I was. Can any one share how to change the RDI on this site. It only lets me choose lose 1 lb a week and I want to go higher. Thanks so much guys. Feel very motivated again.

Ketosis question
Thanks guys. I see Tresmemphis breakfast details, and this helps. I think I'm eating too much protein. Mummydee, the bacon has 0 carbs listed on it. It was just flavored maple, so carbs on it. The peanut butter cups are not the reeses variety, but from Quest which is high protein and made with stevia. Do you think that it's still a no? I eat 1 cup, cause I need something after dinner. A lot of the meat leaves a funny taste in my mouth. Thanks guys.

Ketosis question
I'm completely confused, i want to lose between 10 & 20 lbs and online it's given me 1700 cals a day. You say u want to lose 77 lbs but get only 1080 cals? Am I doing something wrong. I'm on Atkins too, induction phase and am on my 12th day, am i ketosis but don't see any wt loss. Any help is great

Feeling frustated
Feeling very frustated this morning. I'm on day 12 of induction phase and haven't lost anything. The keto sticks show I'm in the pink stage. I've been eating fats and protein and < 20 net carbs and no wt loss.
