Ketosis question
Mummydee thank you SOOO much!! I am eating hormone free grass fed only animals as well as with dairy products. I want to eat like you are. Please tell me what you get from your butcher. My iron levels are very very low. I was craving beef last night and cooked some medium rare and felt better. Thanks so much for the inspiration. I've got to make and best this journey I have traveled on several times. This time feels different. This time feels sustainable. Thanks in advance for any insight you can give me!

Ketosis question
IeGod it's ironc that im having a hard time eating them. The 1000 would give me 2.5 to 3 pound weight loss per week. Maybe im losing inches and no pounds yet my ring which was loose on my ring finger is now loose in my middle finger. For severe health reasons I have to get this weight off my heart as soon as I possibly can.

Bellabev you are not informed. Please read thoroughly on subject before bashing others' choices. Low carb is something that is very sustainable long term. Also, calorie counting is done on ketogenic diet. It's low carb not zero carb. I just get my carbs from healthy green leafy veggies instead of bread, pasta, rice. Which is my choice. Others may want to use their alloted carbs on such foods and still remain on low carb diet. I find it strange when people write on something they have not researched for accuracy.
