Back from our River Cruise. Gained a little, but that will hopefully settle out in a few days. Ate well, but added wine at lunch most days and probably an extra glass in the evening, and with having dessert at lunch and dinner, I’m surprised I didn’t gain more. And going from a 4000 square foot house to 250foot stateroom with no cooking, laundry, shopping, dishes, yard work, mowing, etc., I did pretty well.
After a day of unpacking, laundry and jet lag, today will be back to normal.
