Okay, this is proving much harder than I thought! Eating well, exercise and logging are the LAST things I want to do right now. It's all about the BF. I did go to the gym one time this weekend but I don't think that was enough to battle the pizza I had yesterday :( It's so sad how easy it is to slip back into your old habits. I hate it. I know I have a job to do but ugh! BUT NOTHING! I feel like crap and I am embarrassed to log things now. I need to get back on track. So, this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to set mini-goals every week and try my best to adhere to them bc I am NOT letting the fat win. I can't. I've come too far. I need to get back on it. So, here we go:

1. Water, tea, coffee (but mostly water) only beverages for the week. And everytime I have coffee or tea, I will drink a glass of water beforehand

2. I will stick to my Eat to Live Guidelines all week

3. I will exercise most days this week (Goal 5x's)

4. I will NOT look at the scale this week. I will trust in my eating and workouts and will not weight myself until Sunday.


I might have to do the strict six week plan this time. I find once I eat refined carbs and meat one time I slip. I can't control myself bc then there comes the chocolate. I am disgusted with myself. I was doing so well too. Damn you BF! It's not his fault though. It's mine for slipping. At the end of the day, you can only blame yoruself.

I didn't have time to write a journal yesterday, so here I am today. Good Morning FS buddies :) All good things.

My weekend was awesome. I had to do ALL my sisters wedding invitations bc she was "freaking out." Spoiled brat. But spending time with the fam was fun. Lots of sun and pool time. Got a solid base tan so now this weekend, it on! I got 4 new dresses this weekend. One of them is a size 10! What?! That felt amazing. I've NEVER worn that size before.

The BF comes home tomorrowso that's exciting. I want to be in the 180's when he gets here. Even if it's 189.9, I'll take it. It still counts :-p

Other than that, I'm just doing the same things. Work and working out. I'm quitting Lifestyles aka LA Fitness. I think I will just join YouFit instead. I get an employee discount there, so I don't have to pay for any start up fees or anything. It will be $20/mo to any gym, unlimited tanning, and unlimited guest privledges. Definately a better deal. The only thing is is I'll miss the classes, but honestly, I've been doing much better on my own. Since my friend Jason has been showing me how to work the machines, showing me different free weight exercises and teaching me how mant reps and sets I need to do of things, I've lost more weight than I did with the classes. I feel I push myself harder. Also, I can do it at any time. I don't have to be at the gym at a certain time, which is freeing.

So, I've thought it thru, and I'm going to cancel. It's bittersweet. I love that gym, but it's not the same. And I'm taking it to the next level in a much cheaper way!
